I purchased a new vehicle at Preston Superstore in Burton, Ohio on Sat 2/19. Originally I was contacted by D'Andray Harrison (Sales Mgr) who was super helpful prior to my visit, he worked with me, ve Burton, Ohio on Sat 2/19. Originally I was contacted by D'Andray Harrison (Sales Mgr) who was super helpful prior to my visit, he worked with me, very polite, answered all my questions...and I had quite few, but he took them in stride. I set the appointment a day or so ahead of time, when I had to reschedule or was running late, it was no problem and he was very accommodating. Once my family and I arrived we were greeted at the door and introduced to one of his Salesmen named JJ Moore, he was very easy-going, friendly, and polite, even though the dealership was very busy on a Saturday. JJ made the car buying process seamless and pleasant, everyone hates buying a car, right? Nope, not this time, this was the most efficient and pleasant car buying experience I can ever remember, Mike Schmida (Finance Mgr) was also very helpful, likable, and accommodating with all of my questions and concerns, had helpful answers to everything I brought up...Overall the gentlemen named in this review were top-notch, so they, and Preston Superstore as a whole have definitely earned my 5-Star review. So much so that I will most likely have all of my service performed there, even though I'm more than an hour away from their location, great job D'Andray, JJ and Mike. I'd highly recommend anyone considering purchasing a vehicle to go see JJ and his team. More
