It was my first time using Dover Honda service center. I was a bit surprised to learn that my 10:30 appointment was not a firm appointment, but first come first serve. No worries. All of my questions and maintenance was done to my complete satisfaction. Michael Souter and Bob Hajjar were especially great. On a negative note, I see someone said "Dealing with Alecia makes me NOT want to go to Dover Honda. She is unprofessional and rude at times." I remember talking to Alecia once too and I felt she was uninterested in my inquiry. More

I knew the price and was given a loaner car to get back and forth with. I was texted to inform me of any other problems that were seen. In the 30 plus years we have been buying and servicing our cars at Dover Honda, we have always been pleased with the service. James is phenomenal and easy to work with.
