Johnathan was amazing in helping my with my purchase of my 2023 atlas cross sport. Johnathan is always available day or night whenever I have a question about anything on my car. John helped my out with my vehicle service, cleaning and whatever issues I had at the time. Julian is just amazing he made sure I was happy with the vehicle purchase and he even called to help out with any questions or issues I might have had. He’s just and overall genuine person. Angie was the sweetest and great with my son. She went to find him toys to play with during our visit. Volkswagen of downtown Chicago is an amazing place and I’m glad i decided to purchase a vehicle here. Also glad to be part of the vw family.. More
