We recently bought a used Cadillac XT5. We found the vehicle on the internet as it was advertised as a certified pre-owned. We drove 2 hours to look at the vehicle only to find out that it wasn't certif vehicle on the internet as it was advertised as a certified pre-owned. We drove 2 hours to look at the vehicle only to find out that it wasn't certified. Mike Wehunt was great to work with though. He was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. We never felt pressured to buy the car which was refreshing. The dealership was willing to discount the price of the vehicle due to the advertising mistake and we were satisfied when they accepted our offer. Ernest Jones was also very friendly and thorough as we worked through the paperwork. I felt he was disappointed when we didn't purchase the extended warranty, but he continued to be friendly and worked on getting us through the process quickly. This was our first vehicle purchase in over 10 years and it was FAR better than our last experience. More
