I dropped by there on my unplanned day off to get an inspection on my 2nd car I purchased from them about 15 years ago. I was told if I could come back around 1:00 they could get me in. Sometimes, a change in the type of service you provide customers that may be cheaper on the business but takes away the personal touch that the customer likes. The service department is the worst I've ever encountered. I literally had to argue that I had a recall multiple times just to get scheduled way over a month out. For an airbag issue, this is encountered. I literally had to argue that I had a recall multiple times just to get scheduled way over a month out. For an airbag issue, this is absolutely unacceptable! I hate this dealership and hate their whole process. I'm considering another VW purchase but I'll never give this s hole dealership a penny. More
