Salesman Great, Finance Dept Not Good Our Salesman, Connor, was knowledgeable, considerate and well mannered. Highly recommend him! The Finance Department was not a good experience. We Our Salesman, Connor, was knowledgeable, considerate and well mannered. Highly recommend him! The Finance Department was not a good experience. We bought a brand new car. Paid half in cash and the other half we had a pre-approved loan through our bank. We were taken to the Finance person's office, a man named Manny, and told him 5.5% was a high interest rate. He said he would check with Canvass bank as he could probably find a lower interest rate and would call me. After 9 days of calling him each day and not getting a call back, I asked to speak with a Manager. I spoke with Mindy who said she would research it and call me back the same day. No call back. Called the following day and left her a voice message, still no call back. Even if the Finance Manager was unable to find a better interest rate for us, the professional thing to do is to follow through on your word. Both Manny and Mindy gave their word that they would try to help, but neither did. Not returning a customer's call is lazy and unacceptable. Tynan's needs to promote professional, honest, and follow through behavior from their employees. More

Ok in the End Was told they had the car I wanted. Went out there and they didn’t. The found it at another dealership and wanted me to sign paperwork before I saw t Was told they had the car I wanted. Car did come in at the end of the week. Financing was interesting, but in the end- price was good and I got the car I wanted. More
