I have had a great experience with Subaru of Jacksonville! Mike Needham in the service department has excellent customer service! He goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and Jacksonville! Mike Needham in the service department has excellent customer service! He goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and you’re back on the road. The technicians are great and get you in and out fairly quickly. The waiting area is always well stocked with drinks and snacks in the morning. I have always been a bit skeptical of dealerships based on some past experiences, but Subaru of Jacksonville made me feel like family. My first visit to Subaru of Jacksonville, they found a nail in my tire and fixed it immediately, whereas the dealership I have been going to said everything was fine… Ha!
