The no pressure attitude was awesome. All our questions were answered and none were ever thought to be too simple or outrageous. I spoke with both Mitchell and Rich about the quality of service nowadays and how rare it is to find a company or organization that values and respects the consumer. I mentioned reactions to the diverse generational groups, gender groups, and consumer groups and made it clear that during our visits to Brewster Subaru there was a level of acceptance, understanding snd respect. As a mother of young women, I appreciated the value of service received. Mitchell may have sold a car for Brewster Subaru, but he also “sold” quality customer service with timely feedback, follow up, support and reassurance.
