I called Manny and got information I needed, then was directed Mitch for sales, made the appointment for test drive, put a deposit on it, and finally spoke to Rich to take care of financing and warranty. I’ve never experience a dealership like this before. All personnel I had discussions with were friendly with a relaxed attitude which made me encounter no stress by any ‘high pressure’ tactics. A day or two later I picked up my mint condition Subaru Outback that was sparkling clean and looked brand new. I can honestly and truthfully understand why Brewster Subaru is New York State’s top rated Subaru Dealership 5 years in a row (2018-22) and counting.
