I have been in the auto industry for 19 years. I started my career as a sales associate. After being top sales associate, year after year, I was promoted to management. The training I received (finance and insurance, management processes, sales motivation, inventory control) from my mentors, gave me a solid foundation of knowledge, that has allowed me the the success in running retail stores, ever since! Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, I have lived in South Florida just shy of 30 years. A proud husband to my wife, Nira for 13 years. I have three daughters (Emily, Sophia and Natalie) and two granddaughters (Ella and Avery).

Fast, efficient and comprehensive. The only negative was detailing which was asked to remove old stickers and install new mats and didn’t do either. But no reflection on Sales. I never had such poor and discussing service , it almost brought me to tears ! I had a scheduled appointment and during that appointment my service rep was pulled away by Fernando M “service director “ h brought me to tears ! I had a scheduled appointment and during that appointment my service rep was pulled away by Fernando M “service director “ he bluntly told my rep “ I the customer don’t matter and I can wait “ out-loud (everyone in the room could hear him ). Only because he need my rep to help him with a problem . He then took it as far to belittle my rep in front of me and other staff members. I was shocked that this man acting like a child was the supervisor . Fernando M , should be fired what manager acts in this manner. I was going to purchase a new car but with that type of service ….. rather spend my money at Another kia dealership. Clearly they treat customers and employees like trash . More

Had a wonderful experience purchasing a truck from Hollywood Kia. The salesman Garfield was wonderful to talk to and did what it took to get me out of there same night. Only hope they can hook me up with the car washes and detailing for the life. I’ll be back soon with my Fiancée to look at cars for her.
