Buyer Beware Extremely shocked at how poor customer service could possibly stoop. Purchased my vehicle on 2/8/2018, and was told to pay upfront to the dealer so m Extremely shocked at how poor customer service could possibly stoop. Purchased my vehicle on 2/8/2018, and was told to pay upfront to the dealer so my plates and registration would be in the mail in 2-3 weeks flat! Whoa, what a nice service. WRONG! Come to find out they are understaffed in the customer service and registration departments, which has lead to a VERY COSTLY experience for me, the customer who relies on proper vehicle registration for my income. It is now 3/23/3018, 43 days after the purchase of my vehicle and they have failed to have my vehicle registration even begin the process at BMV. Don't worry, to make up for their lack of competent personnel, they will gladly lie to your face as to why they weren't able to get the job done, pointing fingers at everyone but themselves. And when those lies and lack of problem solving aren't satisfactory, manager Michael Putnum will gladly tell you to "just drive the car" (illegally) and "well, if you didn't have to take out a loan for a vehicle in the first place, then you wouldn't have this problem". The buck stops there because you don't need to worry about speaking with general manager, Alex, who won't return your calls and voicemails. Not only are they understaffed with just one part time employee in the registration department, but the salesman Mo was quick to crack a fat joke on the poor part timer, who wasn't even present to defend herself. I'm out $2,600 of income at this point due to this extremely unprofessional dealership. What a scam! And they refuse to give my registration money back to me or empower me with the proper documentation to register my vehicle on my own. Thank God for food stamps, because I'm sensing at this rate I'm gonna need them by the time they get their act together. More

We would have no problem going back to this dealership and would work with Mo anytime. Phil Darche was the fastest finance person we ever worked with, and on of the more pleasant. That did not mean that he took shortcuts, he thoroughly explained all of our options and let us make the decisions we were comfortable with. More

What we liked most about Mo is that he did not pressure us in to anything. Making a car purchase is a process and he was there to guide us through the process and answer our questions. We did not get multiple phone calls during the week asking us if we had made a decision. He respected our need to take our time to make a decision. More
