I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Honest, fair, reputable I have purchased five of my last six vehicles from them. Sales team is honest and treats customers fairly. Their service department is awesome. They tell you what needs to be done and what can wait. In the past I did not have my service performed by a dealer, usually used an independent garage or did it my self. Dealership pricing has become more reasonable for some repairs but for others I can still do it myself for a lower cost for parts and still use quality parts. I tell my friends that if they are driving a Ford they should try Klaben for service. More
