I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Very satisfying experience!!! From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I was treated like I was an important part of their business!!! I needed an alignment that wasn't p From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I was treated like I was an important part of their business!!! I needed an alignment that wasn't part of the regular 15,000 mile service, and went ahead and had it done while there. Even with the alignment, they still completed the work earlier than the time frame I was originally given!!! From check in to check out, things went smooth and I was on my way!!! More

ETB Warranty Work Mona is awesome! Engine Powertrain/Throttle Body Wrench light came on and my car stopped accelerating. Klaben got my car in a day early. Mona provided Mona is awesome!
