In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. When I need service I call Mona, She is sooooo nice, always has a smile and willing to help. When I call to make an appt for my Focus she always works around the date and time that fits my schedule.
