I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. The main reason I continue to return to Klaben to have my car serviced is because of trust. I trust Klaben for one reason: My Service Advisor, Mona Crooks. With Mona in charge, I have unconditional confidenc car serviced is because of trust. I trust Klaben for one reason: My Service Advisor, Mona Crooks. With Mona in charge, I have unconditional confidence that my car will be fixed correctly the first time and that all necessary repairs will be found and addressed. She communicates with me openly and in a timely fashion. She is thorough and efficient. She knows what she is doing, and she knows how to get it done. In addition, Tom Alcorn, Service Manager, has done so much for me along the way that I have to say thanks to him too. He has on any number of occasions gone way beyond the call of duty. Like the time he personally got his hands dirty adjusting an issue on my car that Klaben had no responsibility for. Anyhow, being treated like this is why I return. I wish I personally knew the Techs who have worked on my car, because I want to include them too in my gratitude for a job well done, and my respect for their knowledge and hard work More

Kyle Crowe, Justen Fisher in Finance, and other team members were totally outstanding. My wife and I felt very comfortable with all of them and enjoyed the different conversations with them.
