Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Monica worked through the purchase process with me and answered all of my questions. Once her part was completed, Kevin took over. He explained the financing process, long term maintenance options and other options I hadn’t thought of. I was exhausted when it was completed but happy and confident with my selections. And when there was miscommunication re: the all weather floor mats, Monica quickly took care of the issue and found some for me. She also sat with me in the car and talked me through the set up and syncing of the electronics. More
