First car I’ve ever bought sight unseen (in person). I live in Ohio and have traveled to Alabama, Texas (2x) and Florida to purchase vehicles in the past - and have had very poor/ mixed results. Meani I live in Ohio and have traveled to Alabama, Texas (2x) and Florida to purchase vehicles in the past - and have had very poor/ mixed results. Meaning: the cars were never as advertised. I had just gotten back from Texas 2 weeks prior to purchasing this car and was extremely “misled” (lied to). I even had to ask six times from a reputable Lincoln dealership to have videos sent of the car before I flew down to see it. I never ended up getting the videos and chose not to even waste my time with the dealer. Jaguar of Fort Myers and Eric were responsive and forthcoming from the very first contact and Eric sent five videos without me even asking. He answered all of my questions, and even let me talk to the service manager regarding service performed to the car. He showed me exactly what was done to the car and the entire service history of it. When ever buying a used Jaguar it’s extremely important to ensure the car has been well taken care of. Long story short I bought the car sight unseen because I trusted the dealership and Eric specifically. When the car was delivered, it was exactly as I had anticipated. I am 100% satisfied and would without any hesitation. Recommend the dealership and Eric to anyone looking for a vehicle, new or used.
