It's not easy getting a Defender configured exactly the way you want right now. My local dealer couldn't answer basic questions so I called a few others in Florida to find one that could make it happen. way you want right now. He was knowledgeable and he offered the truck without additional markup. I put the order in with a few texts and he always responded quickly. There were a couple of delays at the factory but it arrived pretty close to his original estimate and it was configured exactly as ordered. During the wait, the sticker price increased. Without asking, Ryan said they were going to cover the difference for me and honor the original verbal deal. You really can't ask for much more. I love the Defender and working with Ryan was just delightful. Thanks again! More
