I stopped by a couple days earlier because a light came on my dash saying I had low oil. I called them and he said to bring it over and they would check it out. It's been many years since I've bought a new truck and I wasn't looking forward to the process, but Chris Carey and everyone at Handy's Downtown made the process easy and enjoyable. The process for a maintenance service call was easy. I had to call as the Toyota app had failures attempting to schedule an appointment. (Typically that's how I schedule elsewhere.) I am unsure of this was an app issue or related to interfacing with the dealership. Service appointment was fast. The video overview was helpful. All employees were respectful of my time and courteous in the words. More
