Second vehicle I purchased there, our salesperson Nang Ha is exceptional. My only issue was that when we looked for a rattle upon opening the hood was suprised to find a board to hold open the hood. Obvi is exceptional. My only issue was that when we looked for a rattle upon opening the hood was suprised to find a board to hold open the hood. Obviously the hood shocks were out and not been replaced or were we told they were out. Nang was nice enough to say Northside would cover that, but we opted to replace rather than drive all the way over there. More
