We had such a bad experience because the dealer said a car was a certain amount and after we spent 2 hours there filling out the loan information he told us the car was 7,000 more than what he said. We left there really upset he was really pushy and we felt like he mislead us. We went to Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. Both of my roommates just got cars from there and they had a great experience. Rancier was the first person to greet us. He said, "if he could help us with anything or test drive anything to let him know." We test drove two cars and by the second car I found exactly what I wanted. It was a 2013 Hyundai Elantra and it was in our price range. Rancier was so nice and he was never pushy. I am so glad the price on the car was the actual price. All of the employee's that we saw or talked to were all so friendly. I could tell that the employee's were trying to help the customers the best they could. I would recommend this place because they have excellent customer service. Also, there cars are in great conditions and the warranties are worth it. More

They Went Above and Beyond to Deliver a Car over 120 Miles! After looking for a particular car (Meredes GL450) in the Connecticut / New York area, I expanded my search and found one at Herb Chambers. I called and asked if there was any way to see the car, and they put me in touch with John Mitchell, who offered on his day off to drive the car 120 miles from Seekonk, MA to New Canaan, CT to let me see it and test drive it. The car was perfect, but missing the floor mats and 2nd row headrests. We signed the papers and John promised to include those missing items. They had some trouble registering the car in CT, mostly because their runner who was familiar with CT registrations was on vacation for July 4th. When she returned, they registered the car and delivered it the same 120 miles to CT, with the headrests. Awesome! John let me know to expect a set of new factory floor mats in a few days, and he also sent the owner's manual as well. The car is in excellent shape and Herb Chambers is definitely a trustworthy and reputable dealer. Highly recommended! More

The internet sales staff responded quickly to my requests, and provided timely accurate answers over the phone as well (Lauren, Natalie). excellent. The senior sales manager (Scott if I can recall), matched a lower price from a competing dealer, and gave me fair value for my trade, plus a small incentive, when counter offered. If I were in the market for a vehicle I would choose Herb Chambers of Seekonk again, and would ask for Krista. More

I started my search for a new car by calling dealers within a certain radius of Scituate Ma. After trying local dealers I found the best price fit at Herb Chambers Seekonk. They not only had the make within a certain radius of Scituate Ma. After trying local dealers I found the best price fit at Herb Chambers Seekonk. They not only had the make and model of car, a Honda pilot Touring 4 wheel drive, that I was looking for but also the best trade in value. I purchased my Pilot three days after contacting Natalie Sena who was out after dental surgery when I went in to purchase the car. The sales person I worked with at the dealer was David High. He was professional and very nice. Although, my trade ended up being less than I originally thought, It was still a great price. The sales manager did offer to make up the difference with a percentage off on some accessories i am looking at and I may still take him up on the offer. I purchased the car with this dealer even though it was further away because they treated me with; respect, a pleasant manner, they did not waste my time and the dealership was run by a staff that obviously take pride in what they do. It was by far the best staff I have worked with while purchaseing a car. I can see why The Herb Chambers organization is so well thought of in the car industry. Kathleen from Scituate More
