Very disappointed. Made an appointment with a gal about 7:10 am. Told her I also wanted tar removed from back wheel well area. Not a lot. Just small splatter Then spoke to Vic and eventually Nate. When I picked up my car, it was not washed and still had tar. NO ONE COMMUNICATED THIS WITH ME.During the day, I also texted Nate to remind him. I was told by cashier, “we don’t do that anymore because of Covid.” ????? “No one is allowed to get in your car.” ????? You have got to be kidding me?!?!?! . More
