Very disappointed with quality of service. My car was straight as an arrow before you recommended an alignment. After the alignment my car was veering to the left. Arrived about 10:30 for my 10:40 appointment for a multipoint check. My car was given back to my at about 12:20 PM. In this coronavirus time sitting in a room with 10 plus people migrating in and out multipoint check. My car was given back to my at about 12:20 PM. In this coronavirus time sitting in a room with 10 plus people migrating in and out for almost 2 hours is unacceptable. Especially,if it is for a auto check up. The paperwork was wrong and slow,too. I watched the mechanic park my car in the parking lot at 11:55AM. My the time customer service got around to me , corrected the paperwork and found my key fob it was 12:20. More
