We had a great experience from start to purchase. Only complaint, shouldn’t take 4 hrs for paperwork to be completed after negotiations and with an appointment. Edge-of-tread tire puncture required tire replacement. Options reviewed. Decision to replace with a "shaved" new tire (would have taken 2-3 days) reversed upon closer examination of tread wear; purchased Options reviewed. Decision to replace with a "shaved" new tire (would have taken 2-3 days) reversed upon closer examination of tread wear; purchased new tire from inventory on hand for much better price than Carr Subaru (closer to home, but ~inferior service and price). Very friendly service reps (as usual!) and very efficient sales/service (also as usual). Thanks! The Royal Moore Subaru dealership is the best! They are all so friendly, kind and understanding especially Emmylea the delivery specialist.
