My service requests Aside from 30k service, we’re not remedied and was disappointing. Also, when I read the checklist of things reviewed it stated the tires as caution. I bought this certified vehicle a little more than a month and it says the tires are a caution. They then provided a price for new tires. Extremely disappointing. The last certified Lexus I bought at Germain, with the same mileage of 27k, had 4 new Michelin tires on it. This is concerning and disappointing, to say the least.
Nathan was very nice and helpful but the three issues I brought to their attention were not remedied. 🙁
