Nate was very helpful and kept in touch as I listed my preferences. He answered all my questions with respect and interest. He educated me on the auto's specifics---especially those needed for safe dr preferences. He answered all my questions with respect and interest. (I need to continue to study the manual.) Nate responded promptly to all my emails and gave me much information about available options, warrantees, etc. Likewise the financial adviser was helpful in answering all my questions. I chose Cityside as I had heard it was a well-respected family owned business. I was also pleased that it would provide an Uber if I ever need to leave my car there for service. (Formerly I chose Ford as I could travel there by MTA.) I love in downtown Boston and thus far would be happy to recommend Cityside to both neighbors and friends. Thank you, Nate. Cityside Subaru had the exact color and trim level on the car I wanted. I reached out and spoke with Brian O. I went down on a Friday at 4:30PM and was out the door with a new car in less than 45 minutes. Through the process at Cityside, I worked with Brian O, Nathan W and Eric B.
