I had a fantastic experience with Flemington BMW. I was in the process of traveling from Florida to Massachusetts with my 2 dogs in the car when I hit a pothole on I-78 and blew a tire. I determined that Flemington BMW was the closest dealership and gave them a call. Nathan could not have been nicer. The service department was closed, so he worked with me to determine my options, get the car to the dealership and set appropriate expectations surrounding cost and when it would be ready. His actions turned a very stressful situation into a positive one. Laura reached out first thing in the morning when the service department opened up, and again, couldn't have been nicer. She also managed to fit in the scheduled maintenance that the car required in addition to having the tire replaced to I didn't have to manage the maintenance once I got home. The car was ready to go by lunchtime! I am not a regular customer of this dealership and still they provided top notch service. 5 stars! More

I called Flemington BMW on a Saturday with a Car Play problem. They sent me to Nathaniel's voicemail, where he calls himself "BMW's Genius". I couldn't agree more!! Nathaniel called me back while I was o problem. They sent me to Nathaniel's voicemail, where he calls himself "BMW's Genius". I couldn't agree more!! Nathaniel called me back while I was on the road and was extremely friendly and helpful. My Car Play would not display on my main screen and I had tried everything. I pulled over and Nathaniel walked me through a simple screen reset process that took all of 60 seconds, and I was back up and running. He lived up to his title of "Genius" and I'm thrilled BMW has someone like him ready to go in serving customer technical needs. The technology in these cars is as important as the engine performance. Great job all around! Thank you! More
