I recently purchased a new car through Tom Terrill. This will be my 3rd BMW from the dealership. I have known Tom for almost 15 years. I cannot speak highly enough about Tom. Like the dealership, Tom does not have an equal. His knowledge and attention to detail Is second to none. My most recent car purchase took me well over a year to finally make a decision as choices between combustion, electric, etc. are overwhelming. During this time, I called time at least 2 times a month, every month requesting pricing, information on cars inbound, features, etc. In addition, Tom spent a considerable amount of time with me on test drives throughout the year. In all instances, I received every questioned answered time and time again, without any re-assurance on my end that I was going to purchase a car any time soon.
