Neil, my Service Advisor was friendly , efficient, and knowledgeable. One major reason I bought a Chevy instead of a new Ford Expedition was the terrible service I received over the years at the Elizabethton Ford dealership. Always a disorganized madhouse that over scheduled customers and provided unrealistic time estimates. So glad I chose a Chevy vehicle and Champion Chevrolet. More
