Took my 2025 Tahoe in for its first oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. The work was done in about 45 minutes and care was taken to protect my seat, steering wheel, and floor. Neil, my Service Advisor was friendly , efficient, and knowledgeable. One major reason I bought a Chevy instead of a new Ford Expedition was the terrible service I received over the years at the Elizabethton Ford dealership. Always a disorganized madhouse that over scheduled customers and provided unrealistic time estimates. So glad I chose a Chevy vehicle and Champion Chevrolet. More
