Although the car I wanted wasn't in stock, Fred worked to make sure he got me exactly what I was looking going so far as secure me a car that wasn't even in the country yet. During the buying process Fred was very courteous and met and exceeded every expectation I had. Nothing short of perfect. Nelson the Sales manager was also fantastic and helpful though the entire process and even went out of his way to bring treats over for my dog while we were filling out paperwork. When they did not have a Crosstrek with the options I wanted, they found one within a week of my initial visit. It had some features I did not want to pay for, and I didn't have to. Ralph and Roy the salesmen with whom we dealt were excellent as was Rich, the finance manager and Nelson the general manager of Brewster. Nelson has been there about 15 years.
