In mid December I stopped at Klaben Ford Service Department in Warren for “The Works” package (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). Niall McGee in the Service Department handled my visit. As usual, he Department in Warren for “The Works” package (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). Niall McGee in the Service Department handled my visit. As usual, he was very friendly, efficient, and professional. Niall even took care of filling out and filing the information for my Rebate offer that Ford had sent me ahead of my visit. The entire service experience (including the delicious free coffee and snacks) was great. I was in and out of the dealership within fifty minutes! As a part of their service, they even gave my car a complimentary wash. When I was leaving, I thought I may have been approaching a brand new car, instead of my own car. The vehicle was ULTRA CLEAN… I’m talking “Showroom New” clean. I had to actually stop and look at the license plate to make sure it was my car. Thanks for the great service Niall and Klaben Ford Lincoln of Warren! More
