I go here because of the quality. Everything I get done on my car is done right.. The last visit, I had the Works (oil change, etc.), new wiper blades, 4 new tires and an alignment. There was a rebate on the tires and they did all the paperwork and submitted it and I got my rebate less than two weeks later. Everyone I have dealt with in the Service department is honest, friendly, and polite. More

There has never and I mean never been a time that I called and didn't immediately get a reply and a time to bring in my Focus. If I needed a loaner, it was available. Sometimes it was so nice I didn' called and didn't immediately get a reply and a time to bring in my Focus. If I needed a loaner, it was available. Sometimes it was so nice I didn't want to give it back! Even if I brought my car in for an unscheduled oil change, I was in and out quickly and they washed my car to boot!
