We set aside One of the greatest aspects of working with Donohoo is the time they give you to evaluate different models and make an informed choice. We set aside an afternoon for test drives and specified we likely would not buy on that day, but, rather, we would evaluate the cars, think about the purchase, and as long as we found the right car, come back to buy. That's no problem for Donohoo. There is NO hurry-up, buy-now approach. Instead, Donohoo takes the time to answer your questions and give you the time to decide. They even pulled up the cars next to each other so we could compare them side-by-side. We particularly appreciate the information Eric Jones provided and his overall approach to working with customers. Further, the value Donohoo offered for our trade was very fair. The purchase price for the new car was great. And the financing process was seamless. Lastly, when the car was pulled up for us to take it home, it was IMMACULATE - we were thrilled with the clean and spotless interior and exterior. It was filled with gas, and a dealer rep was on-hand to answer any final questions about the car's features. This was our second purchase from Donohoo. After some time, we look forward to our third. More

Great Experience! Everyone at Donohoo was helpful. Our daughter bought her car there December of 2016. We were there and observed the process. It was so smooth. So when we decided to purchase a car we went back. I selected 12 cars to drive and found "the one"! Another great experience. The only thing that didn't seem up to the standard that we e pelted because of experience there, was the detailing of the car we purchased. It looked to be a rush job. Since we had a four hour drive home, we decided not to say anything. That won't affect our decision to purchase there again! All in all, it was a great experience from a great staff! More

Fantastic Selection! All in all I am pleased with my purchase. However, several times I left voicemail messages to confirm if a vehicle was available. This was extremely frustrating as I was coming in from out of state. Another recommendation on your web site, there needs to be away to disable the CHAT icon. When reviewing a vehicle the CHAT icon constantly pops up..... During the finance transaction we had already selected the 72 monthly payment and terms. However, when signing the contract 60 months was on the paperwork. We had to wait while the correction was made which included the GAP insurance payment. Be sure to check all the figures when closing your purchase transaction. While closing the purchase, the auto should have been detailed both inside and out. Thanks to Alex for showing us the features and setting up and synching my iPhone. More

Exceptional Car Buying Experience I was referred to Donohoo by a friend and I am so glad I was. From the time we drove up we knew that they had this process down to a science. The entire process was precise, fast, no haggling over price. The price is what it is so don't go thinking you will get the price down. All their cars are priced to sell. I suppose they make their money on volume selling. The whole team is very nice and helpful. Fair price on trade in's and financing though will banks so you will get the best rate available to you. The detailing of the car after you purchase is done right then. Everything was perfect when we left. You must check them out if you are in the market for a very good used car. More
