Best dealership in town!!! Second time purchasing a vehicle here. Really like that this dealership does not have car salesman running up to your car as soon as you drive up. The process in getting to list the vehicles you would like to drive, having them pulled up and then when ready, see a salesman, is outstanding! More

DonohooAuto is the best I bought my 3rd car from DonohooAuto on January 5. The service, from receptionists to Becky in Finance is 2nd to none. Jay Martin, General Manager, I bought my 3rd car from DonohooAuto on January 5. The service, from receptionists to Becky in Finance is 2nd to none. Jay Martin, General Manager, is the best. He has built a team that has it all-they are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and just plain nice people. From the time I told Jay I was going to buy a car, to my discussion with Nic in Finance, to my closing the sale, up to Mo giving me instructions on how to operate the vehicle it took only 2 1/2 hours. And, Jimmy Burns in the service department took time out of his busy day to make it a point to drop by and say hello. Great job Jay !! More

Purchase experience was very positive so I recently came back for another car. After test driving two similar SLKs from other dealers, decided the car at Donohoo was the best deal for the money. Once again very positive experience with Eric and Nic during the purchase. Would definitely recommend Donohoo for used car purchases. More

From the moment you walk in the door until you leave everyone is extremely helpful. Literally, the receptionist, Maria Hernadez who should receive a commission, explained their process, pulled up information on various cars, got the staff to bring them up for a test drive. Thanks to her, none of this walking all over the lot, which, with their large inventory would require a lot of time. The sales and finance personnel explained every thing and answered all my questions. With some of my questions, they even kept a straight face..Also, and this is important, they give you time alone to think and consider your choices. If I ever purchase another vehicle, it will be from Donohoo. Given their selection and pricing there is not another dealership, new or pre-owned, that compares. More
