My x5 had a recall and needed some service work so I was met by Laura upon dropping my vehicle off at bmw Flemington. I have never felt so welcomed and made sure all my concerns were addressed and concluded met by Laura upon dropping my vehicle off at bmw Flemington. Laura was great and had me informed daily via a text or call to let me know the progress of the repairs . I’ll be a forever customer now from the experience I’ve received from Laura Varga.
