Mr. Nicholson. I received your review that we didn't discuss or bring up anything regarding the lowjack "SmartLink" system on the vehicle. We provided you 4 forms that clearly have the information on it with your signature. One of those forms was from before you even went into the finance office and clearly states it on there in bold print. Saying that we "sneak" add-ons is not a accurate statement. In no place in your review did you add that we allowed additional time for your DD-214 for the Military Rebate. We extended your 5 day deadline to the 16 days, (3rd of January) despite our end of year and end of month deadline from Hyundai and Genesis. Furthermore, Jason Parker was rated a 2 star on your review and he wasn't even at our location when you were here. Our customer services was rated a 2, quality of work was rated 0, Friendliness a 3, and overall experience a 2 when we have provided you everything you've asked for and went above what was agreed upon.
