Both Ryan Stevenson and Nick Butler are the best, hands down! Nick assisted me from start to finish. When he encountered an obstacle, Ryan was hanging in the wing to offer his expertise. Left cigarette buds in my car and took all of the money and change from my change compartment. I find it interesting how it took a week and a half to just get my car diagnosed and i had to call multiple ti and change from my change compartment. I was charged for a Low Jack add on that was never discussed or brought up in the conversation to purchasing the vehicle which I should have looked at the paperwork at the end of the many papers that discussed or brought up in the conversation to purchasing the vehicle which I should have looked at the paperwork at the end of the many papers that was signed and talked about up front, but it was close to closing and the finance guy and salesman was extreme anxious to close which they even beat me out of the dealership. A word of advice is to make sure you look at every add-on accessory/paperwork no matter if there ready to close or not and make sure too view your final document with the final payment and what that includes because they will try to sneak add-ons in the paperwork without your knowledge. This isn't the first time this dealer has added the LoJack feature in a contract without the buyer's knowledge, do your research. Hyundai Genesis already offers a 3yr package too help locate your vehicle if needed. More
