I was referred to Nick Makrakis, which is a very sweet man but he treated me like his daughter, even though we are probably close to the same age. :) He told me what to think about & consider before making a decision with safety 1st. The biggest thing I noticed though was how the employees treated each other. They always spoke highly of one another & when you were passed from one department to the other, you felt like you were talking to the best! Not sure how Lexus finds or trains their teams but they are doing something very right! Also a big shout out to David Trice!
