Serious issues that could kill people My issue is not with my service advisor, it is with the lemon that was sold to me My is 4 years old and has had to have service many, many times My issue is not with my service advisor, it is with the lemon that was sold to me My is 4 years old and has had to have service many, many times. I bought this "certified pre-owned" vehicle about a year ago and have had nothing but trouble with it. So far I've had to have the battery replaced, dashboard replaced, and most recently a broken steering shaft, plus other not so major issues. I am terrified to drive my children in this car. None of these issues should happen on a car that's only 4 years old and supposedly "certified". I contacted BMW corporate office and they have no interest in helping me get a safer vehicle. I was offered one monthly payment for the 7+ times I've had to be inconvenienced by requiring service - not to mention a broken steering shaft could have killed me, my children, or someone else! I would not recommend BMW to anyone. It will the biggest waste of money you've ever spent! I plan to contact an attorney and pursue this further. More

Pleasantly surprised I first went to Ferman 3 years ago. It was a horrible experience all the way around. People at gas stations would approach me as i was gassing my car I first went to Ferman 3 years ago. It was a horrible experience all the way around. People at gas stations would approach me as i was gassing my car to relay their horror stories about the dealership. In February it was time to get another car. I searched for 3 weeks and finally the car i wanted showed up a Ferman. I had no choice. From the moment i arrived the changes were evident. This new staff offers a kindness i had never seen there before. It is kept a lot cleaner than it was 3 years ago, employees who don't have to speak to me do so anyways in an over the top friendly manner, and i find handwritten thank you notes in my car waiting for me after service. 3 years ago i had work done and my car was returned 2 me stalling out at traffic lights and emitting white smoke from my exhaust. When i addressed this with the old staff I was given a brush off. Yesterday was my 1st true service visit on the new car. I have a service warranty and was afraid that might lead to sub par service. Untrue! They care for my car as if i were spending the thousands of dollars it takes to maintain a twin turbo 750. I love my preowned 750. I enjoy my time at Ferman, and i truly like the staff. Thank you Ferman. More

Fast service. Professional. I’ve been using this service department for 7 years now and it’s been always very good experience. Professional, quick and courteous service. But it is the quality of German engineering that keeps me disappointed at times. Too many repairs for a brand new car with low mileage. I take good care of it, keep it maintained on time, but it the car gives me problems now with the engine. It shouldn’t happen to a BMW with 65k miles with one owner. More
