Tim listened to what I was looking for in my next vehicle and took those wants/needs to find my perfect fit. Plus we got to share some laughs along the way, always great to find a rep that shares your sense of humor:) He went above and beyond to show me all the features the Palisade had to offer and was extremely patient. Nick was there every step of the way from getting my intial appointment set up to letting me know my vehicle was on its way. Alec made the financing part a breeze. Very informative about the additional add-ons but never pushy to buy those extra add-ons. Also, very patient and easy to work with. Looking forward to family road trips with 3 kids and 2 dogs as now I officially have the room for all the family to fit comfortably.
