This is our 4th car that we have bought from this dealership. We've always had a great experience in the past and this time was no different. We were put on the list for new 2023 Palisade in mid Marc dealership. We've always had a great experience in the past and this time was no different. We were put on the list for new 2023 Palisade in mid March of 2022 and we were told than that it could take 6 to 9 month's before we can get the car. Austin and Nick were up front about the wait and the long list of customers ahead of us. But we did get the car before the 6 month's mark. We are very happy with the car and the service we had received. Also, the cost of the car had no crazy dealer mark ups like many other dealers in the country have!!! More

I called Kevin asked for a payoff amount on our the current vehicle we have and proceeded to ask about a specific make and model. Kevin looked and said he just got 2 in. Came back to the dealer after current vehicle we have and proceeded to ask about a specific make and model. Kevin looked and said he just got 2 in. Came back to the dealer after he finished his day to meet with my wife and myself. He proceeded to go get the car during a heavy downpour and drive it inside for us to look at. In today's times with poor customer service Kevin has always been a step above everyone else with his service to us. This is our 4th car we have gotten through Kevin and he has always been Awesome to work with and will be returning to him for our future car needs. Great guy and service. More

I was a nice experience working with Gateway, they were very friendly and helpful in explaining to me about everything about buying a car as it was my first car, and was not sure about things. But, I felt very friendly and helpful in explaining to me about everything about buying a car as it was my first car, and was not sure about things. But, I felt person who was selling it should know everything instead of just sales manager. I felt when I was asking him, he had to go to his manager everytime...I mean its not bad to just ask instead of answering if you unsure but it was happening to everything when I ask a basic question. And I had to do my homework about the car instead he telling me everything about the car like maintaineance, features, and stuff like that. I felt he should have done all his research on everything about that car before I walk in after he knew which car I was looking in it. More
