Jim Valesky demonstrated his integrity from the first conversation. Even though we were initially in contact remotely, he listened to my concerns and addressed every question with a clear and accurate answer. When we came in to the dealership to sign the paperwork, Jim and Nick handled the entire transaction efficiently, conversing easily, sharing a few laughs (not normal when you are signing away thousands of dollars!), and not ever pressuring me into purchasing any additional incentives that I didn't want.
