I had a great experience each time I’ve come to this dealer, very timely and polite! Wish the cars were washed during service though. I understand COVID preventing this. But about a month ago I got an o dealer, very timely and polite! Wish the cars were washed during service though. I understand COVID preventing this. But about a month ago I got an oil change and they washed my car, but I came last week for an engine issue, left my car overnight and they didn’t wash it this time? Not a huge problem because their customer service makes up for it More

Took my car in to get repaired and when I got it back the inside was more dirty and dusty than when I brought it in..they didn’t even wash it...it should have never left there lot in that condition..I immedi inside was more dirty and dusty than when I brought it in..they didn’t even wash it...it should have never left there lot in that condition..I immediately took it to car wash to get it clean..never coming back here to have my car serviced...very disappointed More

I have brought my camero in the service center for many years on Numerous repairs.I had not been back since this last visit I had no choice for my key to be programmed. I have had so many repairs done with years on Numerous repairs.I had not been back since this last visit I had no choice for my key to be programmed. I have had so many repairs done with this car. It has 90,000 bought it brand new 2010. I have had 1 Cadillac converter replaced, fuel pump, two fuel injectors. And just two days ago I took it to my new repair shop And had the second Cadillac converter put in for much much cheaper than what you charged me. Sorry to say I will never buy a Chevrolet car again. More
