I spoke with and did a test drive with Will Sam. It was during that time that I realized what type of person he was; sincere, genuine and caring. My goal that day was to just do a test drive. I left and exchanged info and he reached back out to me to see how I was doing and what I wanted to do with the trade in. Because of Will, I came back to Honda Universe, no other reason. I could have purchased this car anywhere else. Will made the process very easy and made me and my comfortable throughout. He is an asset to your dealership and not your sleezy, pushy, overaggressive sales person that I saw while I was there. More

This is where I originally went to get my car lease and felt most comfortable going back to them to buy out my lease. I was nervous about the process of buying out a lease because this was my first lease a felt most comfortable going back to them to buy out my lease. I was nervous about the process of buying out a lease because this was my first lease and wasn’t sure how difficult the process was going to be. They were just as nice and helpful as I remembered 3 years ago when I started leasing my vehicle. They really worked with getting my cost to be the best amount for me (actually lower than I asked) and it was overall a very nice interaction. No pushiness like you might get from other places. The salesmen Sam told us he was new and it was his first lease buyout transaction but he was great. Super personable and very easy to go through the process with. “Uncle Nick” I believe they called him, I remembered him from when I was there before and he’s super friendly and makes you feel very welcomed. Would definitely recommend anyone to go here for a car. More

Blatant liar. took car for a ride after he ran my credit and given me a monthly payment come back and Nick says finance Ran my credit again and the payment went up $35 a month . after negotiating on another car with lower price tag, to get a lower monthly as i am leaving the dealership A women was driving away with the car i had just taken for a test drive and was gonna lease Nick salerno let me believe i could lease one car that he already had knowing sold and switched me into a less expensive car i wouldn't give him or this dealership a quarter to put in a parking meter More
