Poor communication and lack there of. Had to wait 4 days for a simple starter replacement. That all but 100 dollars should have been covered on the 4,300 Extended Warranty that I have purchased. That for whatever crazy reason, SCAM. There was a 249 dollar body inspection charge. Then was told we'll thats to find if starter was bad. I call B.S. SO ya not Happy with your business!°

Awful service from his part never had issues with this dealership until I had AJ as my service representative.
