Nicole Garrett was THE BEST! She even came in her day off to finalize my deal. Very smart, pleasant to talk to and knowledgable. Disappointed that Chevy did not give me my $500 first responder discount because I didn't have any current ID or certificate from the past 48 months? They didn't stipulate that until the very end of the lengthy process? Especially coming out of Covid where everything was at a standstill? I've been a volunteer since 1982. More
