The work done was the replacement of the transmission harness. I already knew that the catalytic convertor needed to be fixed and the I thought the strong smell was exhaust fumes. Nobu even smelled it harness. I already knew that the catalytic convertor needed to be fixed and the I thought the strong smell was exhaust fumes. Nobu even smelled it when I checked the car in. I got my vehicle back and I went to an independent shop 2 days later to have the catalytic checked. It was raised up on a lift and they clearly saw a fuel leak around the gas tank and showed it to me. I called Nobu to find out why the mechanic didn't inform him of this since it is a safety issue. I don't blame Nobu with this since he doesn't necessarily go under the vehicle. I am disappointed that the mechanic didn't say anything about it because the leak was pretty obvious. Mark Christopher was charging us $1825 for what they came up with being wrong on my car and we got the job done elsewhere for $260 including the part!!!! And they discovered what Mark Christopher claimed wa up with being wrong on my car and we got the job done elsewhere for $260 including the part!!!! And they discovered what Mark Christopher claimed was the issue, wasn’t!!! So Mark Christopher was going to charge us $1565 for labor? Unbelievable!!!!! More

Once my vehicle was in, it was a fairly quick experience but getting my vehicle into service and attempting to get through to their service dept was not a positive experience, it was actually quite frustrat but getting my vehicle into service and attempting to get through to their service dept was not a positive experience, it was actually quite frustrating. No one answers phones, no call backs and even showing up to service dept does no good. Not a good customer service experience on that front. More
