The service writers are the best. They are knowledgeable about the LYRIQ. When asking about the updates available, they had competent answers. The work done was the replacement of the transmission harness. I already knew that the catalytic convertor needed to be fixed and the I thought the strong smell was exhaust fumes. Nobu even smelled it harness. I already knew that the catalytic convertor needed to be fixed and the I thought the strong smell was exhaust fumes. Nobu even smelled it when I checked the car in. I got my vehicle back and I went to an independent shop 2 days later to have the catalytic checked. It was raised up on a lift and they clearly saw a fuel leak around the gas tank and showed it to me. I called Nobu to find out why the mechanic didn't inform him of this since it is a safety issue. I don't blame Nobu with this since he doesn't necessarily go under the vehicle. I am disappointed that the mechanic didn't say anything about it because the leak was pretty obvious.
