She answered all of my initial questions and followed up with emails that outlined all of the available services offered by the dealership. When we came in to look at the car Noha introduced us to Dave Santos who went over the car with us and negotiated the deal . Dave was great ! We got a great price on the car and a fair price for our trade-in. It was a pleasure to deal with a salesperson who was extremely knowledgable about the product they were selling . There have been many times when I have walked into a dealership and felt that I knew more about the car than the salesperson - that was NOT the case with Dave or Flemington BMW!
