The first moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted immediately with courtesy and respect and that continued throughout the entire process. I had been to 3 other dealerships and Flemington far greeted immediately with courtesy and respect and that continued throughout the entire process. I had been to 3 other dealerships and Flemington far surpassed the others. My salesperson was extremely professional and courteous and answered all my questions in person and over the phone. This is the first BMW I have ever purchased so there was a steep learning curve for me and Anatolly was very patient and reassuring. Same with Noha--her subject matter was definitely not as fun as learning about the car, but she got me through it with her expertise, patience and sage advice. All in all, this was a very low key pleasant experience and a welcomed surprise. And the car is absolutely best one I have ever owned--sorry I didn't purchase one sooner. More

I recently leased an BMW i4 M50 from Flemigton BMW. Ralph was absolutely the best salesperson I have dealt with in my 30 years of leasing vehicles. I put in a request for info and Ralph got back to me Ralph was absolutely the best salesperson I have dealt with in my 30 years of leasing vehicles. I put in a request for info and Ralph got back to me immediately. Once we spoke on the phone and told him what I was looking to do, he told told he would run some numbers. He got back to me quickly with very good deal, and our numbers were very close. He said he would see if there was anything else the dealership could do. The next day we were able to come to an agreement and the deal was done. Very little hassling and Ralph worked to get to where I wanted to be. I live in Buffalo and made the 6 hour drive to get the car. On top of Ralph's top rate service, everyone at Flemington BMW was absolutely amazing at providing top notch customer service. From the Sales manager, Vince Dillon, to my Client Advisor, Agata Grzebyk, to the Finance manager Noha Amin, and even my genius Raul. I was treated great and it was so worth the drive. I can not thank them enough. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a BMW near Flemington contact them. More
