So lets be real, shopping for and buying a new car is not the most fun and who has the time anyway. That said I called ahead arranged to come in to check out and likely purchase a certified BMW I had been after. A rainy tuesday, I went in like that and left with a brand new vehicle that had just came in and checked every single box. Michael handled this so masterfully, pivoting seamlessly after discovering a brand new arrival that had not even made it to inventory but matched my wishes exactly. To make the process even better, Noha steps in and charms me with her perfect recipe of knowledge and finesse, making what could be the most painful part of a vehicle acquisition the most pleasurable. Impressive! One day later I drove off in the car of my dreams feeling great about the whole process and pleased with having been able to ascertain exactly what I wanted so close to home.
